Leroy Kincaide beat RJ Singh who stood in for David Deville, who called in the favour to replace the injured Joel Redman, instead of taking on the leader of The Resistance himself.
In summary, a great opening day to the weekend from the FWA, so stay tuned for tomorrow's developments.
RESULTS 30/10/11
Xander Cooper questionably beat Joe FX after remarkably recovering from an apparent injury...
Jody Fleisch is now the Flyweight Championship No1 contender after getting the pin on El Ligero with a 720 DDT in the 3-way dance between the two and RJ Singh.
Jonny Phere and Leroy Kincaide exchanged a few words after Phere proclaimed that he was in the FWA to win the FWA World Heavyweight Championship. Phere then went on to win the handicap match against The Blackpool Blondes but was then jumped by the tag team and David Deville after the match...
Leroy Kincaide came to make the save, firstly clearing out The Blackpool Blondes and then tackling Deville. FWA Official Chris Roberts then decided to bring the main event match forward, Leroy Kincaide Vs. David Deville for the FWA World Heavyweight Championship. Roberts then sustained an injury during the match which Deville tried to take advantage of by grabbing a steel chair. Whilst lining up Kincaide, Phere came to make the save, pulling the chair from Deville and taking a swing of it himself! Unfortunately, Deville ducked, and the stray chair shot levelled Kincaide! The Blackpool Blondes then took out Jonny Phere, leaving Deville to pick up the pin and retain the FWA World Heavyweight Championship for the Agenda.
After the match, Phere managed to get back to his feet momentarily to hit The Queen's Footmen with his signature Ram Slam, but was then hit by a Spear from a furious Kincaide!
All eyes now turn to Memorabilia Birmingham at the NEC on the 19th & 20th November. Look out for more details soon!
